Barrett Paving Materials Inc. is seeking individuasl to join our team as an asphalt plant operator to work in our Dayton area manufacturing facilities. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter that can also function well with co-workers and customers. A qualified candidate will have graduated from either high school, vocational school or have some type of degree, have some experience running a hot mix asphalt plant, have good mechanical aptitude when it comes to repairing/fabricating equipment or a combination of training and experience. Applicant must be able to work varying shifts and long hours dependent on market demands. MSHA certification is a plus.
