My client is a prominent and highly regarded IT solutions provider.
The organisation is responsible on 24h/7 basis to support the production directly.
The consultant will work with shift regime.
The consultant has an IT background and has also a hands-on mentality.
The scope is not about replacing keyboards but the consultant will well evolve in an industrial environment. No support of emails. The team works with 1500 computer systems replacing and restoring physical machines. Knowledge of Dutch is mandatory. A lot of contacts with the operators on the floor.
The current working schedule for help desk support is currently 24x5. (3 shifts: early-late-night)
Requried languages: Dutch and English (written knowledge also for reading documents)
