HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner is required for the EMEA region for an international consultancy set for further growth.
THIS IS A NEW ROLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN AND GROW
As HR Business Partner you will create, drive and deliver HR Strategy: You will act as an intermediary between the Senior Leadership of the business and with the various HR functions. Generalist HR knowledge is required and so CIPD qualification or a HR related degree is desirable.
Any international experience is also highly advantageous, in particular knowledge of French HR Regulations and Law.
Any additional languages would be beneficial BUT NOT essential; German, French, Spanish
A Professional Services background is also sought after and so you will have ideally gained experience as a HR Business Partner within environments such as; Law/Legal, Banking, Financial Services, Accountancy, Consultancy etc
Travel will be minimal but may be required for very short periods.
