Drive a culture based on nuclear safety and quality throughout the supply chain and within the team.
Support and co-ordinate the development, agreement, maintenance and submission of the documentation required for the HPC project.
Processing documents and returns client own EDRMS (electronic data records management system)
Ensuring accuracy of data and information entered EDRMS
Acting as point of contact for document control issues for telent but also for client and any other external parties
Reinforces project procedures and processes to ensure documents are submitted on time and conform to project requirements
Submitting other project type communications using client's platforms
Able to produce ad-hoc reports from data within EDRMS
Identify any areas for improvement within document control and project procedures
Management of access to EDRMS to ensure appropriate levels of access are granted
Maintains project registers and trackers to ensure data is collated
To attend meetings representing the function and where called upon to represent company;
Demonstrable document control experience in a project environment
Understanding of general EDRMS
Use of Power BI or other reporting tools
Experience of handling sensitive documentation
Strong communication skills
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
