Salesforce & Litify Consultant - Dallas, TX (Hybrid) - 3-6 Month Contract

This business is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant work on the implementation of Litify CRM as well as providing ongoing support and scalable growth through the optimization of their Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce & Litify Consultant:

• Indepth knowledge of Salesforce systems
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Litify
• Work with stakeholders to identify and implement core business requirements
• Improve business operations through technological solutions through Salesforce
• Be the technical and functional expert in the Salesforce team
• Implement strategies necessary to improve the overall firm experience managing clients and internal/external end-user experience

Experience required of the Salesforce & Litify Consultant:

• Hands on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Litify implementation experience
• Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet firm business needs and participate in system configuration when necessary
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcomes, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
• Experience with Litify CRM
• Knowledge and hands on experience with Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow & Workflow
• Ability to communicate with and guide stakeholders through projects
• Bachelors or Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant field
• Salesforce Certifications welcomed
