Job Description

What will I be doing?

As a IPC Marketing Representative Lead you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Personal tour and package production
  • Drive IPC team production
  • Shapes Strategy
  • Work with IPC to create and coordinate on-going training
  • Work with IPC Team manager to ensure production based shift allocation.
  • Implement and maintain tools used to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all team member issues within assigned departments.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are maintain and upheld by all of the team.
  • Update Policies and Procedure Manuals as needed.
  • Respond to team members inquiries regarding payroll, NQ's, coding, spiffs, etc.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations issues pertaining to marketing at the sales center or post tour.
  • Help Team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for: tour flow, volume, and Package Sales
  • Create and foster and motivated team environment out in the field,
  • Participate in new hire training and mentoring.
  • Visit all locations and perform MOD on the floor responsibilities as schedules
  • Provide coaching to marketing coordinators utilizing strength based agreements.
  • Documentation of interactions with associates
  • Scheduling
  • Floor duty to manage customer services issues
  • Employee Relations matters
  • Other assigned duties based on business needs, as requested by management.
  • Carry out all other reasonable request by management.
  • Ensure all locations have current promotions and materials including: gift lists, invitations, and promotional items
  • Enforce HR and departmental policies
  • Ability to cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests and booking of tours
  • Respond to team members inquiries regarding payroll, NQ's, coding, spiffs, etc.

  • Minimum of 6 months' of previous experience in a sales/marketing role
  • High School Diploma/GED
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • More Then 1 year experience in a Sales/Marketing Experience
  • Timeshare Marketing Experience
  • Supervisory/Management Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
