Healthcare experience strongly preferredBachelorâs degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master's degree preferred.Four (4) to (6) Six years of progressive experience in recruitment required, considerable experience in the healthcare recruitment field strongly desired. Strong experience in recruitment sourcing and candidate mining using current recruitment trends and technologies.License/CertificationN/AKnowledge/Skill/AbilitiesMust be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Strong business acumen. Knowledge of the business operations associated to the specialty positions recruiting for. Must have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare recruitment industry and trends. Sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help find the right fit. Great at networking and a strong interest in people. Marketing and influencing skills. Must be detailed oriented and highly organized. Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines. Strong Negotiation Skills. Strong Communication Skills (both written and verbal).Proficient in using recruitment technology and other applications to source and manage candidate pipeline.
