A well established, successful family-owned, retail jewelry operation located in Naples, Florida (a vibrant and significant growth community in South West Florida) is seeking motivated candidates for its Controller position. In additional to supervising the in-house accountant, this dynamic and challenging position will oversee financial reporting functions; cash forecasting; managing relationships such as the Company's outside CPA firm, insurance agents, banks, and benefits providers; inventory management; and human resources. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/characteristics:

Strong computer skills - financial reporting and Excel software required
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree
Significant work experience in a disciplined accounting environment
Hands on approach to business
