IT Consulting and Support firm is looking for a motivated individual, IT Leader and Service Coordinator to join our team. We have over 150 clients and are on the Inc 5000, for fastest growing companies in America. We've also won the CEO Report Corporate Culture aware. We provide custom IT Consulting and Support for our clients, as opposed to selling a Managed Service platform.

Job Description:

This is a full time, salary position for a Service Coordinator/Operations Manager who will be responsible for supporting multiple businesses across many industries.

The following will be expected of the service coordinator:

Coordinate and schedule dispatches for all client requests for our team of consultants
Update calendar for all Consultants
Manage and oversee projects for our clients - scheduling tasks, planning a timeline, understanding task prerequisites
Work with vendors on product procurement for our clients
Follow up on outstanding items and be as proactive as possible
Ensuring tasks are completed and communicating with clients on any further needs
Reviewing consultant notes on tasks, quality control of documentation
Handle dozens of requests daily, responding to requests in a timely and appropriate fashion
Overseeing and managing multiple projects at once, quality control of projects, which may include weekend or overtime tasks
Managing Consultants Education/Growth initiatives

Character Traits:
Hard Working, analytical, forward-thinking, team player, fast-paced, outstanding communication skills (55+ WPM), ability to document, lead and manage.
Speaks to customers and technicians/consultants on a regular basis
Can handle tough clients/scenarios, high pressure environment
Is okay with being first line of support for clients and on call ~24/7
Understands networking/helpdesk
Familiar with Google Apps/Drive - familiar with creating and managing online spreadsheets
Can troubleshoot Tier 1 issues on their own
Writing Samples, showing your grammar and communication skills
Has led/managed other people and pushed them to grow and get the most out of them
Okay with being in the office most of the day (Can use treadmill desk sporadically)
