Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as a New Business Development Specialist!
Working one on one with an experienced Account Executive to learn how to identify and cultivate new prospects, sell solutions to existing clients, and effectively close sales
Learning how to manage an assigned territory with the goal of moving into an Account Executive role in 4-8 months
Networking with the local community and seeking new business
Making cold calls, responding to leads, and establishing business relationships
Become an expert of all products, services and solutions Novatech offers to clients
You Bring to Novatech:
Bachelor's Degree or plans to complete it
An outgoing personality and an ability to quickly establish rapport
A strong desire to be in an outside sales role
Willingness to make prospecting and follow up sales calls via telephone, email, social media, and in person
The ability to learn systems and new technology quickly
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Tenacity and drive to succeed in a fast-paced working environment
Novatech, Inc. Offers:
$36,000 with potential for increase to $42,000 after 90 days
Uncapped commissions and bonuses
$400 per month mileage reimbursement with the potential to earn company car benefit
$100 per month cell phone reimbursement

A successful New Business Development Specialist can expect earnings of $50,000+ with commission their first year, and then be promoted to Account Executive. Account Executives typically earn $75,000 with commission and top performers earn $150,000.
