Participates in the planning, organization, and administration of the medical system in the following areas: clinical quality,assurance and quality improvement, medical staff services, medical education and physician relations. Serves as a liaison between the physicians and the hospital administration. Supports and advises care coordination services as needed. Will continue to engage in clinical activities in his/her related field of medicine.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
Demonstrates knowledge of medical administrative capabilities, including physician relations, quality, processimprovement, credentialing, peer review, care coordination, and general medical leadership. Experience and expertise in allareas of regulatory compliance.
