The Opportunity Food & Beverage is an exciting, consistently evolving department. We are passionate about food, presentation and people. You play an integral role in ensuring the guest experience at the bar is clean and comfortable. You are part of a team that provides professional, friendly and efficient service for our guests. The Barback job is an entry-level position into food and beverage with opportunity for growth. This is a tipped position and you must be 21 years of age.
The details:
Ability to communicate with guests and associates effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
Detail Orientated to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of both guest and back of the house spaces.
Works well with others in a team-style approach
Ability to both multi-task as well as ensure completion of tasks. Takes ownership of assigned duties.
Perform a variety of tasks - clearing, wiping of bar top, running food, replenishing glassware and ice, sweeping, mopping,
cleaning of mats, ware-washing, changing of kegs, assurance of sanitaiton levels in ware-washing areas, cutting garnishes,
emptying trash and recycling, stock bar with necessary items, cleaning drains. Learning menus and drink recipes. Other duties
may be assigned by a manager or supervisor.
Responsible for proper set-up and break down as assigned

Skills and Abilities
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred
Experience: 6 plus months of experience in Customer Service
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; access of internet; use of email
Certifications & Licenses: CA food handlers card
Work Environment
We promote a freindly teamwork orientated style of service. Environment is fast-paced, with quick movements in tight spaces.Can be loud and unexpected working in close proximity to a large number of people. Work has aspects of seasonality. Indoor and Out door work with exposure to the elements when working outdoors. Due to the location of the propery in the mountains,
some sections may include traversing hills and/or slopes. Must be able to work at an altitude of 5,000+Elevation.
