What Will I Be Doing?

$500 Sign on Bonus is paid $250 on your first check after starting and the remaining $250 paid at 90 days or Labor Day (whichever comes first).As a Turndown Attendant, you will be the one knocking on the room doors in the evenings asking guests if they would like their turndown service. You will be responsible for freshening their room by organizing the areas, replacing items if needed, getting out the robes and slippers for the evening, and leaving their treat for the room guests.

What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?

To be successful, you must be focused on the guest experience. As a hotel representative, you are what carries our service standards throughout the day. Attention to detail is important and experience in face-to-face customer service is important.

What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?

You will be required to stand, walk, climb stairs, carry up to 25 lb. items, bend, and reach frequently during the shifts. On occasion, you will carry up to 50 lbs., kneel/crouch/crawl and reach overhead. Very rarely will you sit down or be in a noisy environment.
