New York Based Financial Services firm seek a Lead FIX Protocol Onboarder. We are looking for a FIX Client Integration Onborder, someone who can manage integrations with API and OMS's. Knowing the process and the challenges which come with working in partnership with Vendors and Sales folks someone with good FIX Protocol, SQL/Geneos, a clear communicator, some networking, FIX, SQL and Unix skills. Basic understanding of networking - Ping, tail net concepts. This is a client-facing technical role. You must be articulate, have a strong client orientation and show a high sense of urgency towards client demands/needs. You should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and able to suggest opportunities for increasing efficiency and improving team processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with the FIX 4.4, 5.0SP2, FIXT.1.1 protocols. TCP/IP & networking fundamentals. RDBMS skills (SQL Server and/or Oracle) - ability to read, write and run SQL scripts. Experience with OEMS systems. Experience troubleshooting and testing in a Linux. This would be ideal for someone from a FIX Production Support background who would like to move into a FIX Onboarding role and no longer work evening and weekends on support issues. Assist new and existing clients with the integration of the firms provided APIs for various FIX Trading APIs, Straight Through Processing (STP), and Market Data feeds. This role offer hybrid working - 2 days a week in their New York Offices $Market Rates + Bonus and Benefits
