Marketing Campaign Manager

Work in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive
visibility, engagement and demand for ACBJ's Advertising products.
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns contributing to
growth in Sales within our Advertising department. This role
encompasses an omni-channel approach to campaign development;
ensuring a wholistic customer experience with ACBJ Advertising.
•Create coordinated, national, omni-channel, multi-engagement
programs that invite an intrigued response rather than just intrude
on someone's time.
•Messaging the Bigger Picture; Distilling a clear understanding of
what is guiding a company and applying that to develop a common
voice for national strategies and programs.
•Combine hard metrics with effective creativity: Understand the
need for trackable, repeatable, and data-driven strategies and
tactics, that are also creative in reaching, inspiring and

•Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such
as designers, who will support web and campaign deliverables
•Write and edit copy for promotional material within marketing
•Deliver regular reports of campaign results

•Management skills: As a campaign manager you will devise
marketing plans that require working with multiple departments,
both internal and external, and ensuring the overall management of
deliverables are met in order to produce expected outcomes.
•Communication skills: Excellent writing skills are required as you
will have to write copy for marketing campaigns. Pristine speaking
skills are also a requirements since you will be managing
relationships with vendors as well as communicating campaign
strategy with non-marketing members of the organization.
•Project management skills: As a campaign manager you will have to
meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing
•Numerical skills: Campaign managers need to be good with words and
numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target
selected groups, as well as analyze the metrics behind
•Technical skills: Ability to build robust campaigns in our
Marketing Automation platform (Marketo) and ensure optimized
