Manager of Laboratory Outreach Services

The Manager of Laboratory Outreach Services is responsible for the overall operational activities associated outpatient laboratory testing. This includes the operation of 15 or more Patient Service Centers, Courier Services and a Client Service Call Center.

Education Requirements: *4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required). Master's Degree (Preferred). Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience in a clinical setting (Required). 2 years of demonstrated supervisory level experience (Preferred). 2-5 years directly managing Laboratory Outreach Programs or Customer Service oriented operations (Preferred). LEAN, process improvement, etc experience (Preferred). Logistics training and/or experience (Preferred). Required Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Ability to collaborate, MicrosoftOffice Suite.
