The Opportunity

As the cashier in our Harvest & Grounds Deli, you'll provide genuine and friendly service whether crafting a coffee drink, making milkshakes, or simply processing payment for food and other items.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Follow all Delaware North Parks and Resorts Environmental GreenPath, GuestPath, OSS, SERV, Code of Conduct, Core Values, Policies and Procedures.

• Clean and sanitize all service and work areas, utensils, or equipment.

• Provide customers with product details, such preparation descriptions and process customer payments.

• Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.

• Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.

• Set up or restock product displays.

• Complete knowledge of PCI/CEG compliance.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred

Experience: Customer service experience preferred

Certifications & Licenses: California Food Handler Card.

Other Requirements: Cross train in numerous positions as to fill any voids throughout the food and beverage division when needed.


Due to the location of the property in the mountains, some conditions may include traversing hills and/or slopes, significant heights and outdoor elements. Work environment will also include inside a climate-controlled building. Must be able to work at an elevation of 5,000 plus feet both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
