Experience Business Support Administrator required for a 6 months contract by our leading client in Aldershot to provide both administrative and some project support to seniors team members within a busy IT Business environment. You will be an integral part of this team function carrying out day to day administrative duties.
This will involve the following responsibilities:
- Organise meetings/travel
- Manage meeting requests
- General and varied administration tasks.
- Dealing with Purchase Orders
- Some project support activities
- Confident, enthusiastic, driven and well presented.
- Excellent communication skills and have a passion for customer service.
- Able to communicate both verbally and written English.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Computer literate with experience in outlook, word, excel
- Previous project support experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
