- In-depth understanding of the project requirements and its technical implementation
- Study client artefacts and understand their Methodologies
- Understand the PMP, MAP, BCP (Business continuity plan) thoroughly (Project processes, Goals, Service Level Agreements, metrics used in the project etc.)
- Understand the allocated tasks and responsibilities to meet the deadlines
- Inform PM/PL of any project risks and issues
- Follow the defined standard guidelines for the project and conduct self-review and peer review
- Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation activities, brainstorming sessions and DAR meetings
- Participate in CAR meetings to identify root cause, suggest solutions and follow the corrective actions.
- Collect and share best practices, leanings, reusable and shareable components from the project during the meeting inform the PM of planned leaves well in advance.
- Fluent in English & French language
