This organisation was formed in 2007 and after a significant growth in credit management now focuses on offering specialist services in the areas of debt purchase and contingency collections. The group employees approximately 1500 people with offices in Ireland, UK and Spain.
In Ireland they have nearly 200 staff across their businesses. The offices are based in Dublin 24 with excellent transport links from the red line Luas as well as limited parking available on site. Your new role
Your job as the Client Relationship Manager will report to the Head of Collections and your role is primarily operations, to manage the key accounts who are banking and financial services clients. You will act as the key point of contact attending monthly/quarterly reviews, and supervision of any issues, errors, breaches that arise acting as the link between the internal and external stakeholders.
Using MI Reporting you will identify & develop opportunities to enhance MI/data sharing to give comfort on adherence to key compliance and regulatory requirements. At all times bridging the gap between the client and the business, supporting the Head of Collections.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from an operational role from a financial services, banking or credit management, having experience as a facilitator, bridging the gap and managing stakeholders. You must have a proven track record as a self-starter as this will be a standalone role in a sense.
You must have at least 5+ years' experience in this industry - having worked in a role as a key account manager/client engagement manager. You will have excellent exposure to MI reporting and will have the ability to use this data as to create reports, presentations etc for regular operational/performance reviews.

The annual salary for this role is about €50,000 basic, depending on your level of experience.
