This position is a hybrid position, combining administrative duties for the warehouse and office. You will report to the Director of Human Resources while working and interacting daily with the Warehouse staff and Receptionist. A typical day would include the following:

  • Timecard administration for all warehouse employees
  • Monitor and approve paid time off for all warehouse employees
  • Obtain transportation quotes for large shipments
  • Review and approve warehouse invoices
  • Scanning voluminous warehouse documents
  • Order office supplies and keep areas appropriately stocked, including kitchen
  • Back-up receptionist for breaks daily and when out of office
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, and assist customers
  • Assist any ad-hoc needs or projects that may be required

We are looking for someone who has at least two years' experience in a similar type of role. Someone who is passionate, positive, and a hardworking team player. Must have exceptional computer and interpersonal skills. We encourage you to apply if you:
