Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and decision support for new business opportunities. In this role, you'll be working closely with senior leaders, strategic marketing, operating groups, and business service groups. Demonstrating your excellent communication skills, as well as your ability to collaborate with a team is vital for success.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?Serve as a primary liaison between Finance & Accounting and the Senior Leadership Team on all long-term financial planning topics.Partner with business leaders throughout the company to craft and implement financial models to evaluate the viability of new business opportunities.Provide strong financial analysis support for the company's growing Equipment Management business. Update the IRR model and lead the annual capital equipment budgeting process. Handle the monthly internal reporting process for the equipment facilities.Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and capital allocation models.Periodically communicate financial results and projections to business leaders, prepare and deliver financial updates, create financial models and analyze variances to key operating metrics.Develop and implement key performance indicator measures and reporting for the Finance & Accounting group.Serve as subject matter expert on cross-functional reporting and technology improvement initiatives.
