We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Appleton team! As a key member of our managerial staff, the Service Delivery Manager is directly responsible and accountable for all service, merchandising and quality control standards. The ideal candidate in this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a customer service orientated focus and the commitment to company values and image. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Train, coach and develop employees in all aspects of their responsibilitiesSolve internal and external customer and department issuesAssist in the development and execution of all service department processesMaintain all required tracking & measuring, accurately and on timeCommunicate information changes to the proper person in a timely manner (I.e. Account Status Change, problems in the field)Manage route balancingOther duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.2+ years' relevant experience, leadership and management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record required; CDL highly preferred.Ability to lift/maneuver up to 165 pounds.Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with employees and customers.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Strong communication skills and organizational skills.Proficiency in the use of mobile devices, including an iPad.High attention to detail.Strong planning, leadership and team-building skills.
