Primary markets for our high-performance products include automotive, microelectronic, and communication interconnects, as well as a long history in the supply of standard alloys in the manufacture of ammunition, coinage, and builders' hardware. We currently have an opportunity for an Account Executive at our facility in East Alton, Illinois. Responsibilities Purpose of Role The Account Executive role is responsible for delivering budgeted sales volumes and respective margin contributions for Olin Brass. Development and tactical support of projects from a sales perspective that support the strategic pathway, market pricing management, new business development activity and management / administration of all product lines are part of this role. Core Accountabilities Develop and manage all aspects of customer relationships at the assigned account level as identified by the Director, Sales.Execute sales plans and pricing policies at the assigned account level as identified in the planning process.Accountable for forecast process at the assigned account level.Responsible for providing market intelligence, competitive information, customer feedback and execution recommendation at the assigned account level.Manage customer information input into the Olin Brass CRM system to ensure the company has the latest market documentation and sales call information. Manage finished goods inventory and terms management at the assigned account level.Develop new accounts by utilizing Olin Brass commercial support, technical expertise and market strength.Responsibly manage expenses and other administrative duties.Exhibit a true commitment to the vision of Olin Brass including: creating an environment of safety excellence; being passionate about improvement, everywhere, all the time; and being empowered by communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS S. in Marketing or Technical Degree required. Business, Engineering, Finance. Marketing interests preferred;Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing & Sales with proven New Product Development Skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high level of analytical ability;Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Special emphasis on Excel and Access;Flexibility to work with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and strict deadlines while always maintaining accuracy;Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel both inside and outside Olin Brass while demonstrating superior judgment and professionalism;Demonstrative ability to apply these skills to achieve business objectives;Willingness to travel at least 50%+ of the time.Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disabled/Veteran Category: Sales , Keywords: Sales Account Executive
