Retirement Service Consultants Partners, intermediaries, and retirement plan sponsors. Successful associates develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the retirement plan industry, as well as Ascensus' products and services. Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience; demonstrated customer service experience. Retirement Plan Analysts Supports the Client Services team through timely production of reporting, monitoring open items, and responding to client requests. Successful associates excel in a team environment working to achieve client satisfaction. Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience; excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. Client Service Manager Manages the Client Service associates in delivery of excellent client service to plan sponsors, brokers/agents, and financial partners. Successful associates maintain service standards while leading an environment that promotes achievement and professional growth.
