State of Delaware - Department of Finance Division of Revenue Wilmington, DE Assistant Director Office of Business Taxes The incumbent reports to the Director of Revenue and is responsible for managing Corporate and Business Audit, Personal Income Tax Audit, and Public Service, with oversight of a staff of 60 employees through subordinate managers. This position requires a leader with effective people skills who can develop performance plans, goals, and objectives for the operational areas, and lead both managers and subordinate staff, while also managing contractual agreements for outside audit firms.
