Benefits Administrator Conewago is currently seeking a full-time Benefits Administrator. Applicant must have 3-5 years' experience and working knowledge of the following: Administers the company's benefits program to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability, and Long term Disability insurances and Flexible Spending AccountsWorking knowledge of self-funding and stop-loss platformsManage the enrollment, renewal and distribution process through an on-line portal program (Benefit Mall)Have knowledge of benefit contract languageRecommends changes to benefits packages with managementHave an understanding of compliance requirements and federal and state regulations pertaining to programs like FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and MedicareEnsuring company is compliant with state and federal laws Additional duties and skills include: Knowledge of performing insurance reconcilementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization skills and the ability to multi-taskApplicant must be detailed oriented, precise and a self-starterSafeguarding confidential information while being discrete with handling sensitive informationTrack attendance for employees through on-line portal program (Best HR Cloud) Conewago offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance, 401k, PTO/Paid Vacation.
