Construction Project Manager/ Estimator

Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals on selected projects as assigned. Insure that management reviews all major bids, prior to submittal.
Prepare and expedite all purchase orders, subcontracts, hauling agreements, etc, on all assigned projects.
Maintain favorable and productive client relations on all projects.
Provide progress reports to and negotiate change orders with client.
Develop, review, track and coordinate billings, receivables and payables on assigned projects.
Review job cost weekly (minimum) to insure projects are being built within budget.
Review Project performance with Management.
Attend on-site job progress meetings.
Review Job Overview Reports monthly and that an accurate "cost to complete" for each project is maintained.
Perform other related duties as assigned
