Miller Subaru and help us make our team and community better than we found it.As an Auto Porter, you are an essential part of our service team. A jack of all trades in our service department. From helping customers and service writers move cars around the service drive, to taking customers to home or work. The Porter is a key piece of our operation.We are part of Larry H. Miller Dealerships, which began on May 1, 1979, when Larry and Gail purchased their first dealership--Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray, Utah. Recognized as the tenth largest dealership group in the country by Automotive News, Larry H. Miller Dealerships operates 60 dealership locations under 20 different automotive brands in seven western states and employs more than 5,000 individuals. Each Larry H. Miller dealership specializes in the sales and service of new and used automobiles and provides financing and insurance products to their customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucksTransport customers and dealership personnel as neededPerform deliveries as requiredClean interior and exterior of new and used vehiclesKeep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standardsReturn vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultantPick up parts from the Parts DepartmentTest batteries of customer vehicles in service driveMaintains building and ground as neededAssist with shop clean-up and deliveries when neededDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors REQUIREMENTS:* Communication skills communicates effectively with others.* Time management managing one s own time and time of others.* Basic computer skills.* Must be willing to submit to a background check, driving check and drug screen.* One year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred
