Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the nursing care given to 4W Tele patients. Has patient contact, monitors the activities of all nursing staff, demonstrates clinical skills, and serves as team leader on-call emergencies.

Supervises : None
Med/Surg Nurse FT/Nights Rotating Weekends 4W Tele
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Baccalaureate in Nursing or equivalent preferred
Successfully pass Pharmacology test, BKAT and Cardiac Arrhythmia test
Ventilator Competency is to be completed within 30 days of hire
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Hear/speak adequately to communicate with, and be understood by staff, patients, physicians and public.
