Manager, Membership Recruitment and Retention

This key role will innovate and manage effective membership campaigns that meet recruitment and retention goals.
Manage IFA's high retention rate by conducting outreach campaigns to delinquent members. Help to develop strategies and programs to stimulate member engagement as a means of membership renewal. Analyze data and conduct research to align current engagement opportunities with member needs.
Use all resources available to obtain new members and think of innovative ways to increase revenue through new member acquisition of franchisors, franchisees, and suppliers. Work with the marketing team and other departments to create materials that highlight membership benefits & services and support the value proposition for unique member segments.
Manage the daily operations of the Membership Department. Continuously monitor satisfaction with membership services, primarily through feedback and the implementation of a member satisfaction survey. Help in managing reports on membership demographics, statistics, charts, and graphs. Create membership related communications for organization publications spotlighting member achievements.
Assist in the direction and financial planning for the marketing and membership function as it relates to the department's strategic goals to meet or exceed budget targets.
Approximately 20% travel is required to attend IFA events and other relevant industry events, promoting the organization and helping to recruit new members through exhibiting and attendance.
Assist with the activities of the Membership Committee and Supplier Forum Advisory Board and all other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Development & Member Services.
