Our team is equally proficient in performing a host of non-emergency procedures to diagnose or restore heart function.
A day in the life…
-Caring for cardiac population as well as other critically ill patients in collaboration with Surgeons, Cardiologist, NP's, RT's and many more disciplines.
-Monitoring interventions and therapies including Swan Ganz catheters, intra aortic balloon pumps, Impellas and more.
-Administering intravenous therapies including vasopressors, sedatives, anti-arrhythmic, electrolytes, blood products, etc.
-Uses assessment information and critical thinking skills to collaboratively develop individualized plan of care.
-Demonstrates the ability to set priorities and to coordinate and organize patient care delivery through effectively managing time, supplies, and resources.
What we need (requirements)…
-Registered Nurse (RN) State of Missouri.
-Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from AHA.
-Two years Telemetry; ER or Critical Care Experience.
