As the Custodial Manager you would be responsible for overseeing in the operational and financial management of Custodial/Grounds Department, internal and external management interface, compliance with contractual requirements, and coordination of work assignments.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day custodial and grounds activities. Supervises the performance of all custodial and grounds personnel; evaluate performance assigns and reviews work. Develop and prepare work schedules; prioritize and coordinate duties and assignments of operations crews; assures effective workflow and facilitates operations; adjusts work schedules as necessary. Responsible for purchasing custodial supplies, scheduling and inventory and storage.
• Must have a minimum 5 years' experience in Custodial Management
• Must have experience and knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment utilized in caring for a variety of floor, wall and window surfaces.
• Communicate with all levels in the organization as well as external vendors and contractors.
• Proficient in the Computerized EAM system in scheduling, inspections, reporting and all functions to efficiently manage the business.Who We Are
