Project Name: Bobcat Bluff Repower Wind Project Project Location: 6969 FM 2581, Windthorst, TX 76389 As an Ironworker, your primary duties include marking, positioning, and securing structural steel members to reinforce concrete or building structures. SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOME(S)

Setting up, flagging, and inspecting a craneInspecting rigging properlyRunning a site levelChecking-in truck deliveries against bill of lading when load arrivesCounting bars and bundles of rebar, dobies, and wire meshDirecting forklift/crane to unload delivery truckShaking out rebar and distributing/organizing accordinglyUsing pliers to tie rebar intersections with tie wireSplicing mats or rebar sections together with short rebar dowelsUnderstanding building codes/requirementsCutting excess rebar ends and miscellaneous pieces with gas cut saw or cutting torchInstalling mechanical rebar splices by bolting or welding ends togetherInstalling caps on vertical rebar dowels for safetyInstalling rebar dowels into fresh concrete footingsDetermining number, size, shape, and location of reinforcing rods from blueprints, sketches, or oral instructionsBending steel rods with hand tools or rodbending machineReinforcing concrete with wire meshOrnamental Ironworker: Installing prefabricated ornamental ironworkAll other duties as assignedRenewable Energy Group Accountabilities: Receiving and offloading all major componentsInstalling loose components for Nacelle, hub, and tower preparationConnecting blades to hubSetting base and tower sectionsManaging taglinesInvolved with main erection crane assembly and teardownClimbing ladders - average 80m All team members are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics: Cooperate with others when in a team environmentAccept direction from supervisorsFollow work rules and proceduresPunctual and consistent attendanceAccept constructive feedback
