Manager - SAP SD

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SAP SD consultants in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP SD systems for automotive clients
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for SAP SD projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure the successful delivery of SAP SD projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance on SAP SD system design, configuration, and implementation best practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD systems after implementation
• Continuously improve and optimize SAP SD systems to enhance functionality, performance, and usability
• Identify and manage risks and issues associated with SAP SD projects and develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Provide leadership and mentorship to SAP SD team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD implementation and customization, with a focus on the automotive industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP SD system design, configuration, and implementation best practices
• Experience managing a team of SAP SD consultants
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work
