Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecommunication clients! They are currently looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join their team for a 12 month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. People Services Administration
2. Deliver a quality and professional service to all customers
3. Resolve day to day customer service enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate, and deal with any service recovery.
4. Effectively process pay data, contracts, documentation and information and instruct payroll accordingly to ensure timely and accurate production of the payrolls
5. Ensure that all employee data is entered into Workday and associated HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets.
6. Ensure the contact management system (OSC) reflects the nature of the query to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.
7. Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work
8. Processing internal Data Protection Subject Access Requests within the SLAtimeframe
9. Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework to address issues
10. Undertake the role of note-taker, where appropriate
11. Administer and process redundancy calculations and settlement agreements, within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements, liaising with Legal as required
12. Undertake the due diligence, data collection/validation and administrative activities associated with the Transfer of Undertakings - Protection of Employment (TUPE) if required
