They are looking for a skilled SOC Manager to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your experience in building and managing operation centers to enhance their SOC capabilities. Reporting directly to the board, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our SOC operations. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, bringing on Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and leveraging your previous MSP and Sentinel Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the operation center, enhancing SOC capabilities.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Collaborate with MSPs, overseeing their performance and contributions.
• Utilise your Sentinel Technology experience to optimise SOC operations.
• Report directly to the board, providing insights and updates on SOC activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing appropriate measures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building and managing operation centers.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SOC operations.
• Previous experience in managing teams and working with MSPs.
• Familiarity with Sentinel Technology and its application in SOC environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
