As a Risk Strat you will need:

• Drive to work individually and as part of a close-knit team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mid-level Python experience, demonstrable ability to build robust, maintainable, and scalable code.

You will:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the trading business, specifically risk management components and deal structures.
• Be responsible for the development of the new validation engine, managing both business and technical priorities to create an innovative solution.
• Face complex and opaque challenges that often need you to define the question as well as the answer.
