Senior Product Manager - £85k - UK Leading Fashion Retailer

A UK leading Fashion Retailer are looking to hire an Senior Product Manager to join the talented Product team to drive best agile/delivery practices.

The product team is responsible to build around on-going customer experiences to experiment towards an solution and measure the success through a single aligned metric.

This involves building and upscaling the team to be high performing to deliver in a fast-pace environment and establish clear visions for product roadmaps in alignment with the companies goals/product strategy.

Responsibilities:

Define the vision, OKRS and roadmap for your product team

Be an servant leader to the team, assisting with blockers and impediments

Consistently communicating across the teams to ensure the product delivery

Proactively collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decision making process

Experience:

• 5years experience within product management
• Able to understand and discuss technical concepts, so you're able to lead on discussion around potential trade-offs of new ideas, with a focus on speed of delivery.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and an obsessive problem solver. You define solutions based on a thorough, methodical and data informed approach
• Showcase your abilities through rave reviews of how you inspired and empowers your team members/colleagues.
• An expert in product discovery, agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban) - bonus for knowledge around increasing customer loyalty.
• Desirable experience within Globe/Large chain retail/E-commerce brands
