Akkodis are currently working with a market leading service provider to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with excellent knowledge of ServiceNow. As the ServiceNow Business Analyst you will work with a team of technical experts to propose solutions, ensure that the requirements for the chosen solution are further elaborated, delivered and accepte. The Business Analyst will then work with the wider ServiceNow team to oversee build and testing to ensure the requirements have been delivered to specification.

Please note this is a fully remote opportunity with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

The Role

This is an exciting brand-new role which will allow the successful candidate to set up BA processes and procedures and be a key asset to the ServiceNow team and their overall success.

The Responsibilities

• Setup ways of working and embed the new BA role into the existing ServiceNow team
• Work closely with clients to understand and translate their business and technical requirements
• Understand the business objectives of the client and help advise on possible options to meeting these, ensuring that the solution delivered meets the business objectives
• Lead on workshops to capture requirements and translate them into workflows, minutes, actions, issues and risks
• Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems, utilising best practice methodologies and existing Out of the Box capabilities where possible
• Work with the wider ServiceNow Team to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
• Obtain input from, and formal agreement to, requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders

The Requirements

• Strong knowledge across the ServiceNow platform
• Experience within a Business Analysis role
• Experience of working across ServiceNow projects including new onboardings, divestments and the take-on of new services
• Ability to communicate fluently and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrable experience of working in an IT Support environment with knowledge of ITIL standards
• Ability to rapidly absorb new information and apply it effectively
