Fruition IT are partnering with a well reputable financial services business in the UK, and a company that truly sells themselves. You will be working closely with the IT Operations Leadership team to design and deliver a UK cloud operating model and framework to achieve future operational excellence. You will take a hands-on approach to define and agree roles and responsibilities in a cloud target operating model and develop solutions to gaps in tooling, training, and knowledge.

Reporting to and working closely with Head of Level, to support and deliver the programme activity resolving or escalating any operational issues.

The role:

• Deliver cloud operating model and a framework to achieve future operational excellence.
• Drive outcomes, facilitating conversations and being hands on where required.
• Identify roles and responsibilities for a cloud target operating model.
• Identify gaps in tooling, training, and knowledge and devise solutions.
• Define and action deliverables to achieve transition and transformation of IT Operations functions.
• Revitalise operations documentation.
• Working with key stakeholders, to devise a target service model for functions and document agreements KPIs/SLAs.
• IT governance, risk management and compliance.

Experience required:

• Consultant with strong experience in a cloud transition environment.
• Deep knowledge of IT Operations functions in a heavily regulated financial services industry.
• Previous experience of Cloud transition and transformation.
• Experience working within nearshore models.
