Finance Business Partner

We are currently working with an education organisation based in Oxford who are looking to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for 7-8 months.

They are looking for someone 4 days per week, 2 days a week in their Oxford offices.

This is a new role for the organisation and an exciting opportunity for the individual to scope the role.

There will be no line management the focus for the role with be Finance Business Partner duties and support the organisation with the back log of gift aid claims.

Provide business partnering support in setting strategic objectives and provide information, advice, and challenge to drive performance

Actively support the improvement and implementation of new finance systems by working closely with budget holders and the project teams to ensure their needs will be met.

Proactively support fund raising projects in identifying and evaluating opportunities via due diligence, modelling & scenario planning

Periodically review financial & non-financial performance of existing activity

Identify opportunities for process improvement efficiencies and more effective decision making eg reporting enhancements

Improve financial processes by striving to innovate wherever possible utilising digital technologies where appropriate
