Oracle Manufacturing Manager

*Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote*

A prestigious company is in the search for an Oracle Manufacturing Manager. This manager will manage over 3 people and will focus on Oracle ERP manufacturing configuration, testing, and deployment. They are looking for someone who has done at least 3 full life cycle Oracle 11i/R12 implementations. This person will travel up to 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle ERP daily services for production support, enhancement, and projects for all manufacturing operations.
• Lead Center of Excellence to help business delineate manufacturing lean initiatives.
• Manage, Design, configure, and implement Application projects that align with Operations business objectives.
• Manage the impact of transaction changes and their effects across all business segments and locations Oracle ERP involved.
• Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document
• Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high quality delivery
• Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes.
• Develop validation test plans, user and system procedures and training materials for customizations, upgrades and patches.
• People Development: Provide expertise for projects and Oracle implementation support across the company; interface with all major business groups to implement order flows, processing rules and business models.
• Provide Cross Functional and Cross Location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects.
• Re-engineer existing business system processes to leverage the capabilities of the both the Oracle EBS suite and other signature applications.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for internal and field personnel on all Oracle EBS modules.

Qualifications

• Business Degree in Computer/Information Science is required and Master Degree is a plus
• Minimum 10+ years' of solid experience in leading Oracle ERP manufacturing configuration, testing, and deployment. Preferred to have Cloud ERP experience.
• Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processes
• Minimum 3 full life cycle global Oracle 11i/R12 implementations.
• Solid experience and knowledge with lean supply chain, order to cash, and procure to pay business processes.
• Familiar with ITIL framework, SDLC process, and Six-sigma principles
• Ability to create Oracle adhoc database queries to provide information when standard reports are not available
