Lead Functional Consultants - SAP S/4 HANA

This Management Consultancy is looking for two Lead Functional Consultants with in depth experience of SAP S4 HANA technology transformation programmes to join their internal team who are responsible for delivering a migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA on the cloud.

In these Lead Functional Consultant roles you will have the overall responsibility for the technical service delivery of S/4 HANA-based business transformations, working closely with the Business Owners and Operations Managers to fully understand process requirements and align with product roadmaps. You will also recommend functional design proposals, focused on business objectives and desired outcomes and then work closely with the Technical Team to convey and explain the business needs and requirements along with relevant technical direction in line with industry and implementation best practices.

As one of these two business area aligned Functional Leads you will be responsible for managing budgets, people management and performance across the business function-aligned Ops team, as well as being the lead point of contact with vendors on discussing options and decisions on functional changes to in-scope applications .

In order to secure one of these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following experience, preferably gained from within a major Consultancy or Professional Services organisation.

• Experience in large S/4 HANA transformation programs with mastery in initial process design
• Functional knowledge across SAP Partner products (Profinda, Twenty5, Replicon etc.)
• Expertise in the Back Office processes throughout the end to end client consulting life cycle in either life cycle resource and time management or finance, billing and expenses claims
• Knowledge of SaaS Release processes and procedures related to S/4 Hana, or SAP Partner products
• Have good interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value

These two roles will form a key part of the leadership team in relation to all matters relating to the new SAP S/4 Hana and integrated systems and how they can best be used to support the ongoing growth of this clients Consulting divisions going forwards.
