My client, a global professional services company, is looking to recruit an IT Learning Curriculum Manager to take accountability for the successful delivery of the full Learning curriculum on a global basis.
Working closely with IT Learning Managers, IT Learning, Business Partners and third party suppliers, the Legal IT Learning Manager will ensure they are all fully supported in the use of the Legal Technology curriculum via the provision of process, guidance notes and online support.
Within this role, the Curriculum Manager will drive forward all aspects of the full IT Learning curriculum, owning the process of learning needs analysis

As Legal IT Learning Manager you will:
Consult on requirements gathering, supplier selection and contract negotiations
Analyse the delivery impact of all change advising against the learning needs analysis process
Own the cadence across IT Learning, ensuring quality and compliance
Measure and report against the curriculum impact towards the Business and IT strategy
Benchmark legal technology competence firmwide
Review and refine the curriculum regularly
Coordinate all aspects of the International curriculum
Deliver best practice, consulting on projects as required.

This role will necessitate an element of travel, both nationally and internationally.
