My client, a multi-national law firm, are looking for an IT Capability & Performance Specialist. This is an incredibly exciting time to join my client's team as they are currently undergoing a digital evolution. The primary focus of this role will be to aid them in developing the capabilities of their IT department in order to deliver on such digital evolution and the strategies to accompany it.

The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging with a variety of stakeholders across their multi-national IT department, creating and sustaining meaningful and impactful relationships.
• Measuring and reporting on capability and performance development gaps within the IT department.
• Acting as a trusted learning advisor, ensuring that learning plans and reviews take place.
• Facilitating (but not delivering) all aspects of learning. In turn, you will liaise with 3rd party providers to curate high quality and engaging learning plans.
