SAP QM Consultant

RED is currently looking for a QM Consultant for a freelance 6 months contract to start immediately.

Overall Responsibilities:

The SAP support analyst will triage and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation to ensure the smooth functioning of the SAP system. It can also help on defined project activities (ex. Testing

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience
• Good understanding of the integration between QM and the other modules of S4HANA, namely: PP-PI, EWM, IM, SD and PM
• Hands on experience in the key SAP S/4 QM functionalities, ideally in pharma environment, including SAP configuration
• Experience in Service Now and Charm (Solution Manager) is a plus will be valued
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Good English communication skills
• Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues
