OVERVIEW

A scale-up Tech company with strong backing who are fighting climate-change in the clean-air space are hiring for a Geospatial Data Engineer to join their strong Geospatial Machine Learning team in delivering challenging and impactful Data engineering projects! The role is senior level, focused on building products and taking ownership of infrastructure and deployments end-to-end.

Your responsibilities as a Geospatial Data Engineer will include but not be limited to:

• Working within a strong team to build geospatial algorithms and data products.
• Work closely with Scientists and Researchers in the climate-change space.
• Be an individual contributor in the team, build automated data pipelines and work with large geospatial data.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Geospatial Data Engineer will have the following:

• Experience in building ELT pipelines and deploying them into production.
• Experience using Python and Cloud Technology (any is fine)
• Strong coder in Python/SQL and familiar with best coding practices
• Exposure to using ML Platforms to monitor geospatial data pipelines is preferable.
