The Training Lead will work with the Service Change Manager to prepare the training approach/plan, create the training materials and deliver training sessions.

Skills/experience:

Writing a Training Approach for a business system
Creating training materials for a CRM or ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics 365 but not essential)
Delivering training sessions to users for a major CRM or ERP system implementation
Good functional knowledge of CRM or ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics 365 but not essential)
Experience working on large CRM or ERP implementation project,
