IT Service Delivery Manager

A UK leading food supplier within the catering industry are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead and encourage IT customer services. This role will focus on delivering internal improvements across new services and services in production.

The right candidate will have in-depth experience managing IT Services in Production, implementing, and improving SLA's while monitoring all service desk functions.

The Role:

• Manage and monitor service desk and application support functions
• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes
• SLA/KPI Reporting and trend analysis
• Break down and analyse third-party and internal processes
• Report and present service delivery performance up to board level
• Manage and monitor the service delivery team across IT
• Budget Management (OPEX/CAPEX)

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Service Delivery Manager position or similar
• Extensive ITIL knowledge with proven experience across ITIL processes
• Experience managing commercial contracts and SLA's
• Able to map, document and implement business processes
• Technical knowledge and experience within IT infrastructure and software
• Experience implementing and managing a service delivery framework

The Overview:

• Up to £60,000 depending on experience
• Fulltime permanent position
• Hybrid role, 3 days in office
• Bath area, parking available
